training and employment, operating under a new name, Experience Works. The
change to Experience Works represents a steady, logical growth of our services.
Each service supports our vision, and each one interrelates so that we can
offer a comprehensive menu to all our constituents.

Senior
Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) - Funded under Title
V of the Older Americans Act, this program helps thousands of low-income
individuals. Employment and training for persons 55 or older with a limited
household income. Persons are placed in Host Agencies to obtain specific
job training and become more employable.
Experience
WorksSM Staffing Services - The only national staffing
service focused on the employment needs of older workers.
Experience
WorksSM Training Services - A wide variety of computer-skills
and technology-training services, and other job-related training programs.
Geezer.comSM
- An e-commerce Web site that provides senior artisans and crafters a
nationwide market for their unique, handcrafted goods.
Experience
WorksSM Prime Time Awards Program - A year-long effort
to recognize the contributions of older workers at the local, state, and
national level.
Local
Services - A variety of services targeted to the unique needs
of local markets, offered to a community, a county, or even an entire
