Vision
statement
We come togehter
as a diverse staff committed in our belief that we are the instruments
of a country founded and dedicated to dignity, justice and equality for
all. We stretch out our amrs to lend a hand up, point a path out and push
open the door of opportunity to nurture our nation's children and strengthen
her families. We proudly circle our arms together to embrace the future
of our community in which we have helped each child and each family flourish.

Mission
LACCA
shall create opportunities for people to reach their highest potential
by overcoming the symptoms and causes of poverty.
We
shall open paths to empowerment through partnerships that develop
employment training, early childhood education, improved housing
and services that recognize and enhance the assets of individuals
and our community.
